Cassidy Cook, B.Kin

Registered Kinesiologist

Cassidy was born and raised in the mountain town of Grande Cache, Alberta, before moving to Grande Prairie to pursue new opportunities. Cassidy is a certified Kinesiologist with a degree in Kinesiology from the University of Alberta. Her academic background and practical experience have provided her with a strong foundation in human movement, exercise science, and rehabilitation.

Passionate about helping others move better, feel stronger, and live healthier, Cassidy believes that intentional daily movement is key to long-term well-being. Whether it's improving posture, building strength, or developing functional fitness routines, she strives to make movement accessible, enjoyable, and sustainable for everyone.

Outside of her work as a Kinesiologist, Cassidy enjoys a wide range of physical activities, including exercise classes, weight training, hiking, and, during her time in Nova Scotia, beachcombing and boating along the Atlantic coast. A lifelong competitive swimmer, she has been both an athlete and a certified coach. Through swimming, Cassidy has deepened her understanding of biomechanics, endurance, discipline, and recovery. Her background in sport and coaching continues to inspire her focus on injury prevention, rehabilitation, and the promotion of daily movement—encouraging others to discover joy and purpose through an active lifestyle.

Cassidy's ultimate goal is to empower every client to connect with their body, move with confidence, build sustainable habits, and unlock their full potential—one step, and one workout at a time.
