At Flex Physio & Wellness, we offer RAPID NeuroFascial Reset (RAPID NFR), an active, movement-based manual therapy designed to reduce pain, restore mobility, and improve function. Unlike a traditional relaxation massage, RAPID combines targeted hands-on treatment with active movement to address restrictions in muscles, fascia, tendons, and nerves that may be contributing to pain and limited movement. During treatment, you will be asked to actively move the affected area while your therapist applies precise, focused pressure. Because RAPID is designed to target sensitive tissues, treatment is intentionally intense, and discomfort of approximately 7–8 out of 10 is expected during treatment.
